Former 7th Heaven star Beverley Mitchell is on cloud nine now that final preparations are being made for her wedding to long time love Michael Cameron, which will take place in Italy in October 2008. According to the LA Times, the bride-to-be’s small screen sister Jessica Biel, who stood by the actress as she– in the role of Lucy Camden– recited her TV vows to Kevin Kinkirk during the popular family drama’s seventh season, will take on the role of bridesmaid in real life when Ms. Mitchell marches down the aisle, as will fellow 7th Heaven alum Haylie Duff and her star sibling, Hilary Duff. A number of notables are expected to receive invitations to the destination “I do,” including Jessica Biel’s beau Justin Timberlake and his former *NSYNC band mates Joey Fatone and Lance Bass.
During the ceremony, family and friends will look on as the bride receives a wedding band to accompany the 3.5-carat yellow diamond engagement ring purchased at Louis Glick, which has graced her finger since New Year’s Eve 2005.
While this will be the first marriage for the actress/country singer, Beverley Mitchell has donned a wedding dress once before. Television viewers who watched little Lucy Camden grow up witnessed the preacher’s daughter walk to the altar in a satin and lace gown from Diamond Bride on the WB/CW series in 2003.
